Forms of Payment

Bank Wire, Zelle, PayPal Friends & Family, and major cryptocurrencies (+3% processing fee) are accepted as payment.

Shipments within California are subject to an additional 7.75% state tax.

Shipping

Upon payment clearance, items are shipped via insured FedEx overnight shipping with signature confirmation.

For international clients, watches will be shipped via insured FedEx international priority. Any import fees for international shipments will be assumed by the client.

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, if an item arrives not as described, grossly misrepresented, or not in working order, you may request to return said item for a refund, at the discretion of MVV Watches.

All returns must be requested no later than 72 hours after receipt, and the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% and forfeiture of reimbursement of any shipping or customs costs incurred by MVV Watches.

Warranty

There is no implied warranty for any watch sold. All watches will be sold in working order unless mentioned otherwise in the description. We do not guarantee COSC spec timing or water resistance unless otherwise mentioned in the description.
